Study the two photographs. In 1.5 minutes be ready to compare and contrast the photographs:
• give a brief description of the photos (action, location)
• say what the pictures have in common
• say in what way the pictures are different
• say which teacher presented in the photos you like more
• explain why
You will speak for not more than 2 minutes (12–15 sentences). You have to talk continuously.
In the photo number one, we can see a class audience where the lecture is. The teacher asks a question and mostly all the kids know the right answer. And the teacher looks very proud and happy about it. In the second picture I can see an instructor and a student of the driving school. They have a practical lesson in a car. The student is scared of driving. The instructor explains what maneuver his student needs to make.
Both of the pictures show us different kinds of teachers and students. Both of the teachers are using gestures. The difference is that students in the class know the right answer while a guy in a car isn’t sure is he doing a right thing or not. The students in different pictures have different age.
As for me, I’d prefer being in a class which is showed on the left, because I like this teacher. He seems to be very kind. I think that each teacher has to explain the material in a manner that everybody would understand.
