Dear Oscar,
Thank you for your message. I'm sorry for not writing you for so long. I spent my time doing a school project.
It's great that you talked about Russian literature at school. In my country we read a lot at school. For example, Russian teenagers love reading classical Russian literature. I firmly believe, Dostoevskiy and Chekhov are popular writers with them. As for me, I adore reading Pushkin’s poetry. I think, a foreigner should read War And Peace first as it tells about the great period of our country and peoples' lives.
Anyway, I'm glad to hear that you've got an unusual present. What is it? Who’s given it to you? Is it expensive?
Looking forward to your answer.
Best wishes,
Kate
