38.1. Planning family budget is one of the most difficult things for many people. Nevertheless, it should be done. While doing a project on the largest items of family budget in Zetland, I have found a pie chat containing some relevant data that I am going to comment on.
According to the data, there is a wide range of items when it comes to family budget. It is clear that the majority of the respondents first of all think about buying food as well as paying for housing and utilities (37% and 28% respectively). Meanwhile, educational needs are at the bottom of the list with 5%.
It is worth mentioning that the respondents spend more money on clothing than on entertainment. To my mind, buying new clothes and shoes is an integral part of every family budget, especially if there are children in it.

According to the data, there is a wide range of things people think of when it comes to working from home. It is clear that the majority of the respondents first of all have mentioned comfortable workspace as well as avoiding traffic jams (41% and 21% respectively). Meanwhile, the opportunity to work alone is at the bottom of the table with 7%.
It is worth mentioning that the respondents value flexible schedule more than free time. To my mind, the possibility to planning a timetable is unique nowadays and people appreciate it.
One problem that can arise with teleworking is maintaining boundaries between work and life. It is rather difficult to deal with professional duties at home. The best solution to solve this problem is to organize work space so that nobody of the family member could disturb. Also, time management is very reasonable as it can help to plan the daily schedule for all the family.
