38.1. Sometimes people’s behavior is the only thing that hinders the achievement of their goal. Especially young adults have these difficulties. While doing a project on what bad habits students have in Zetland, I have found a pie chat containing some relevant data that I am going to comment on.
According to the data, approximately third of all the students in Zetland have various problems due to gossiping, at 37%. Meanwhile, lying as well as daydreaming are also those bad habits that students usually have (21% and 20% respectively).
The data analysis reveals that procrastinating is twice as common for the students as lacking punctuality. It is quite understandable why being late is less usual: nowadays college and university courses are mostly taught online so that students should not think about how to come in time.
Obviously, bad habits can cause various problems while someone is studying. For instance, daydreaming and procrastinating result in academic achievement. Students feel lack of concentration, they do not do their projects in time. One solution to this problem may become an application created for colleges and their students where all exams, tests and projects will be included in a schedule. There also should be materials for students and it will remind young adults to their tasks promptly.
In conclusion, I firmly believe that breaking bad habits and building good ones is very important for teenagers. It will help them become responsible adults in future. (239 words)
38.2. Blogging is very popular nowadays; a lot of people have quite a wide range of reasons to do it. While doing a project on what types of bloggers are widespread in Zetland, I have found a table containing some relevant data that I am going to comment on.
According to the data, the vast majority of the respondents have named professional bloggers. The percentage of the part-time professional bloggers is 38% while the full-time professional ones have 24% of the surveyed. At the same time, company owners also blog quite often, due to the opinion polls 13% of the respondents have mentioned them.
The data analysis reveals that starting blogging in order to do hobby is twice as popular as doing it to promote a company what a person works for. To my mind, people nowadays feel the need for sharing their interests with someone, and personal blog becomes a great opportunity to realize it.
It is worth mentioning, that a person can face a variety of problems while blogging. One of them is rudeness, some followers express it in their comments from time to time. It is rather difficult not to react to unpleasant words which can really hurt. The best solution to this problem is to block users who cannot express their opinion politely.
In conclusion, I firmly believe that bloggers have a major impact on teenagers, as the internet has become the main source of information in the modern world. That is why people should think carefully before they write something in their blogs. (257 words)
